6/4/04:  Soybeans V1, Grass & Broadleaf weeds are starting to emerge.  No insect problems.

6/10/04:  Soybeans V1, BLB=.02  Very few bean leaf beetles found.  Field looks good.

6/18/04:  Soybeans V3.  BLB=.04.  Beans look good.  No insect problems.

7/1/04.  Soybeans V5.  Good weed control.  No major insect problems.  Field looks good.

7/9/04.  Soybeans V6.  .025 BLB/swp.  Looks good.  No major insect problems.

7/15/04.  Soybeans R1.  BLB=.02/sweep.  Applied second application of roundup.   Bacterial Blight & Septoria Brown Spot starting to show up.

7/21/04  Soybeans R2.  BLB=.1/sweep.  No aphids.  Good weed control.  No major insect problems.  Light septoria brown spot and bacterial blight showing up.

7/31/04.  Soybeans R3.  BLB=.5/sweep.  Light bacterial blight and septoria brownspot starting to sho up.  No major problems.

8/6/04.  Soybeans R5.  BLB=4 per 20 sweeps.  Bacterial Blight and Septoria present.  BLB numbers are still below threshold.  No major problems.

8/13/04.  Soybeans R4.  BLB=15 per 20 sweeps.  Light Septoria Brown Spot and Bacterial Blight.  Pods are filling well.

8/20/04.  Soybeans R5.  BLB=10 per 20 sweeps.  Soybean aphids=1/plant. Light white mold showing up, otherwise no major problems.

8/27/04.  Soybeans R6.  BLB=1 per 20 sweeps.  Pods are filling well.  Light septoria brown spot, bacterial blight and white mold present.  No major problems.
