Heath Ellison
State Technical Assistance Coordinator
Heath coordinates technical assistance provided to individual farmers, helping them document and improve their environmental, agronomic and economic performance. He coordinates development, implementation, and evaluation of performance-based environmental management systems for the farm and trains certified crop consultants and agronomists to deliver these services. He also assists farmers directly in implementing  environmental management system plans.

Gary Hammitt
Agricultural Environmental Specialist
Gary assists in the implementation of agricultural environmental programs. He helps farmers with the application of performance-based environmental management systems. Gary works cooperatively with Technical Service Providers, crop consultants and others to provide support to farmers with conducting farm surveys and assessments and participating in the design and review of environmental management plans. He also provides coordination and support for local watershed management programming initiatives.

Tony Seeman
Watershed Management Specialist
Tony implements the Iowa Soybean Association’s water monitoring work-plan in designated watersheds. He's responsible for collection of water samples, documentation, site characterization and operation of water quality equipment in the lab and the field.

Keegan assists in the research and water monitoring for ISA’s environmental programs. He is responsible for developing and implementing monitoring plans to better understand environmental performance and nutrient dynamics.

Environmental Programs Communications Manager
Mike creates and executes communication plans and strategies for the Iowa Soybean Association’s  Environmental Programs. He works cooperatvely with news media and assists program staff with news conferences and other events. Mike also provides oversight, editing and production of publications.
